Salary:
$1,000 - $1,200 USD (monthly) + paid time off & personal days

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of case management, including intake, litigation and settlement
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers
• Request and review medical records, bills, and lien information
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under attorney supervision
• Organize and maintain case files, databases, and documentation
• Prioritize work and caseloads in conjunction with pertinent deadlines
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as required by case progression
