Overview

We are looking for a highly organised Admin, Logistics & Kitting Support Coordinator to support our sales team and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of the business — supporting quotes, tracking goods, coordinating couriers, and ensuring kitting and warehouse processes run seamlessly.

Attention to detail, follow-through, and communication are key.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Admin Support: Assist the sales team with:
  • Preparing and formatting quotes.
  • Gathering supplier pricing and lead times.
  • Updating quote details as required.
  • Enter and update orders accurately in internal systems.
  • Maintain clear records of orders, timelines, and job status.
  • Support internal communication between sales, suppliers, and operations.
