Role Overview:The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations of the organization. The role ensures smooth functioning of office facilities, vendor coordination, compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth functioning.
Manage office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, pantry operations, and maintenance.
Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities including workstation setup, access control, and office hygiene.
Manage inventory of office supplies, stationery, IT peripherals, and track consumption.
Implement and improve administrative processes and SOPs
Manage vendor relationships (internet, housekeeping, security, maintenance, travel, cafeteria, etc.)
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with building management and external facilities teams
Oversee procurement of office equipment, office supplies, and infrastructure items.
Maintain asset inventory and ensure timely repairs and replacements.
Track allocation of laptops, accessories, and other assets to employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Freshers or 1+ years of HR experience with relevant internships or coursework are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with HR operations, documentation
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of vendor management, office utilities, and facility operations.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with MS Office and administrative tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Leadership qualities and ability to guide support staff (office boys, housekeeping, security, etc.).
