Job Description

The HR Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Human Resources department. This role ensures the effective execution of HR functions including employee records management, HR systems, compliance, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in HR practices and labour legislation. Minimum experience 3 years.

Team Management

  • Supervise and support HR administrative staff (if applicable)
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment within the HR team

Payroll & Compliance
