Job Description

Job purpose:

Ensuring on time and accurate travel support including ticket booking, visa and insurance processing, hotel booking for Azilen employees and provide Administrative Support.


Who You Are:

  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate travel desk, visa processing, and office administration.
  • Strong understanding of international visa processes (USA, UK, Canada etc.).
  • Experience in coordinating with embassies, consulates, and travel agencies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and travel management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
