Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute internal and external events, including monthly townhalls and large-scale conferences (up to 400 attendees).
  • Coordinate venue arrangements, logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution for events in offices and resorts.
  • Handle end-to-end travel management, including flight and hotel bookings through the MMT portal.
  • Oversee daily office administration activities, including facilities, housekeeping, procurement, and AMC coordination.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and address admin-related requirements across teams.
  • Maintain budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor payments related to admin and events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration, event management, or travel coordination.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage large-scale events and handle multiple vendors.
