To provide administrative support and assistance to the manpower management team To support contract preparation, leave record, OT calculations & monthly reports, etc. To update and maintain manpower inventory To conduct telephone survey To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement:
Form 5/6 (HKCEE / HKDSE) or above related discipline Minimum 1 year relevant experience Normal Working Hours (Monday to Friday 0830-1800) Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Pivot table and Outlook. Detail minded, patient, ability to work effectively & independently and as part of a team Good interpersonal skill and verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese; Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
