  • Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am-6pm, Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, and events.
  • Manage participant registrations, course records, attendance tracking, and programme evaluations.
  • Assist in creating communications materials (e.g., eDMs, newsletters) and e-learning content.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Support virtual and in-person events using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and interactive tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum A-Level certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using virtual platforms.
