Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Operations Officer to support our day-to-day office operations. Main responsibilities include:

  • ·Recruitment (Actively create job postings, refresh expired postings, scheduling interviews, make job offers, and issue employment letters).
  • Upkeep of office facilities, utilities, furniture & fittings, office supplies, uniforms & safety apparels, scheduling maintenance services
  • Office Reception & Hospitality, Courier/mail services.
  • Administer corporate mobile plans and scheduling network printer servicing.
  • May participate as a member of the ISO Safety Committee in the role of Safety Officer; assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety protocols.
  • Other HR and Admin functions and tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration, recruitment, travel coordination, or facilities management.
  • Certificate in Human Resource or Office Admin Operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Open to part-time work while studying.
  • Minimum 3 full days per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month
