Responsibilities
- Receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments.
- Responsible for packing for online and offline orders.
- Check and update tracking number of parcels and order lists from customers.
- Reply to customer chats e.g.: TikTok seller / WhatsApp / Shopee.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Responsible for keeping track of stock in and stock out.
- Ensure that customer orders are delivered in a timely manner.
- Assure all products are in stock and restock products when needed.
- Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.
- Assist in managing the store daily operation.
