Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments.
  • Responsible for packing for online and offline orders.
  • Check and update tracking number of parcels and order lists from customers.
  • Reply to customer chats e.g.: TikTok seller / WhatsApp / Shopee.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Responsible for keeping track of stock in and stock out.
  • Ensure that customer orders are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assure all products are in stock and restock products when needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions.
  • Assist in managing the store daily operation.
