Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Staff to support our shipping and contract management activities. The role will be responsible for coordinating shipping follow-ups, maintaining shipping ticket records, and assisting with contract administration to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update shipping ticket statistics and related documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing, processing, and tracking contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and timelines.
  • Support daily administrative tasks related to logistics, shipping, and contract handling.
