Job Description

We are a bookshop supply chain seeking a proactive and energetic Admin Assistant to support our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative and basic accounting tasks, including filing and preparing payment advice
  • Check, pack, and manage stationery supplies for distribution to bookshops
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time
  • Photocopy, collate, and prepare booklists and worksheets for annual sales
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Energetic, independent, and shows initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Working Hours & Location:

  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Ang Mo Kio
  • May require occasional Saturdays at year-end, depending on workload
