Job Description
We are a bookshop supply chain seeking a proactive and energetic Admin Assistant to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative and basic accounting tasks, including filing and preparing payment advice
- Check, pack, and manage stationery supplies for distribution to bookshops
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time
- Photocopy, collate, and prepare booklists and worksheets for annual sales
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Energetic, independent, and shows initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Working Hours & Location:
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Ang Mo Kio
- May require occasional Saturdays at year-end, depending on workload
