Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative work and coordinate operational follow‑ups across teams. This role is suitable for someone who is detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and comfortable handling both routine admin tasks and light operations tracking.
Experience & Background
- 1–3 years experience in admin, operations, coordination, or similar roles.
- Fresh graduates are welcome if highly organized and disciplined.
Skills
- Strong follow‑up and execution discipline.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Drive, calendars, task trackers).
- Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
