Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to‑day operations of the office.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, office correspondence.
  • Support procurement and purchasing, including sourcing and liaising with vendors
  • Assist e-commerce and sales teams on administrative tasks
  • Basic maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
