Overview

We are looking for someone to join our Admin Operations team. Your job is to check and update delivery data, solve simple issues, and help make sure daily work runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Check and confirm delivery information using the system.
  • Find and fix any wrong or missing data.
  • Update and inform the operations team on the results.
  • Make sure all daily tasks are done by 6:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Able to learn new systems or software fast.
  • Careful, responsible, and can work in a team.
  • Willing to work shift hours, including weekends or public holidays.
  • SPM leavers and fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Salary

RM2,000 – RM2,500 (based on experience)

Working hours

Shift-based, 5–6 days a week
