ADMIN OPERATIONS MANAGER (RCBI)

You will act as the central operations owner for Bridgegold’s international RCBI client files. Your responsibility is to design, document, and execute all administrative, compliance, and due-diligence workflows related to onboarding and processing high-net-worth clients across multiple RCBI programs. You will coordinate closely with internal commercial teams and external legal partners to ensure every client file progresses accurately, discreetly, and without operational friction. As volumes increase, you will structure, train, and supervise additional operational staff.

• Own the full operational lifecycle of international RCBI client onboarding, from initial file intake through submission, due-diligence clearance, and post-submission follow-up
