Location: 6 Harper Rd, Singapore
Work Hours: 5.5 days/week (Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm, Sat: half day)

About the Role

Join PanelCraft, a growing house renovation company, as an Admin & Project Coordinator . You’ll support daily operations, handle project scheduling, and keep office administration running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders, quotations & project documents
  • Schedule site measurements & installations
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers & customers
  • Manage office admin: filing, calls, supplies & reception
  • Assist with HR admin & customer enquiries

Requirements

  • 1 year admin/project coordination experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Organized, responsible & good communicator
  • Able to work 5.5 days/week (if available for 6 days, it’s a plus)
