Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Guide clients on current market conditions, prices, and trends.
• Prepare competitive market analyses to determine accurate pricing.
• Create detailed listings of properties including location, features, and square footage.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters; coordinate site visits.
• Present offers, assist in negotiations, and finalize transactions.
• Draft and review purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other transaction documents.
• Run marketing campaigns, including online ads, property listings, and offline promotions.
• Provide client support through strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / BBM / BBA / MBA
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for real estate and client-facing roles

Compensation:

• During Probation (3 months): 15,000 18,000/month
• Post Probation CTC: 3 LPA
