- Assist with travel arrangements, handle mail and correspondence, and provide general administrative support.

- Schedule appointments, manage phone systems, and handle patient or client check‑ins.
- Coordinate property viewings, prepare real‑estate documents, and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Maintain attendance reports, coordinate manpower issues, manage payroll and HSE compliance in site administration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and health and safety regulations while maintaining records.
