  • Assist with travel arrangements, handle mail and correspondence, and provide general administrative support.
  • Welcome guests, manage phone calls, maintain office supplies, and ensure a professional front desk environment.
  • Schedule appointments, manage phone systems, and handle patient or client check‑ins.
  • Coordinate property viewings, prepare real‑estate documents, and respond to tenant inquiries.
  • Maintain attendance reports, coordinate manpower issues, manage payroll and HSE compliance in site administration.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and health and safety regulations while maintaining records.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial document processing, and provide customer service to enhance patient experience.
