Admin & Sales Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Admin & Sales Assistant to support our daily administrative and sales operations. This position is suitable individuals with no prior working experience who are eager to learn and grow in a small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc support
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic record keeping
- Communicate with customers and members regarding enquiries
- Support sales activities and customer follow-ups
- Assist in day-to-day office and operational tasks
Requirements
- No prior working experience required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in English and/or Chinese language (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Basic computer skills
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 5-day work week
