Admin & Sales Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Admin & Sales Assistant to support our daily administrative and sales operations. This position is suitable individuals with no prior working experience who are eager to learn and grow in a small team environment.



Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc support
  • Assist with inventory tracking and basic record keeping
  • Communicate with customers and members regarding enquiries
  • Support sales activities and customer follow-ups
  • Assist in day-to-day office and operational tasks


Requirements

  • No prior working experience required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in English and/or Chinese language (Mandarin/Cantonese)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 5-day work week
