About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Admin Sales professional to join our dynamic team at CT AIR-CON PTE LTD'. In this full-time position based in the Paya Lebar East Region, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and providing excellent administrative support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain client records, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating client communications
• Assist with the processing of sales orders, invoices, and other financial documentation
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective sales support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
• Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or administrative support role, preferably within the client & sales administration industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
