Those with experience in administrative role will be a bonus. We are seeking a well-spoken and organized Admin Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and purchasing tasks in a cater­ing company. This is a full-time, back-end desk role, suitable for those who are confident in written and spoken English and comfortable handling basic coordination and administrative work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and update records
  • Assist with purchasing and liaise with suppliers
  • Compare prices and support basic cost checks
  • Handle paperwork and documentation
  • Answer phone calls and assist with customer enquiries
  • Support basic scheduling and coordination
  • General administrative support as required
