Job description:
- Assist in all Purchasing transactions, canvassing processes, payment processing and monitoring of payments of all suppliers and service providers and documentation
- Assist in lodging Import Permit to PEZA BOC.
- In-charge of inventories of office supplies and general supplies; Assist in Fixed asset inventory and tagging
- In-charge of processing of PRIF,RFP and PO.
- In-charge of submitting related documentations to Finance and BIR transactions.
- In -charge of updating reports for PO Monitoring Sheet.
Qualifications
- Very keen to details and with analytical skills
- Has good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Very good in verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Business Administration, Management course
- Must have at least 3-5 years work-related experience
