Job description:

  • Assist in all Purchasing transactions, canvassing processes, payment processing and monitoring of payments of all suppliers and service providers and documentation
  • Assist in lodging Import Permit to PEZA BOC.
  • In-charge of inventories of office supplies and general supplies; Assist in Fixed asset inventory and tagging
  • In-charge of processing of PRIF,RFP and PO.
  • In-charge of submitting related documentations to Finance and BIR transactions.
  • In -charge of updating reports for PO Monitoring Sheet.


Qualifications

  • Very keen to details and with analytical skills
  • Has good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Very good in verbal and written communication skills
  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Business Administration, Management course
  • Must have at least 3-5 years work-related experience
