Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support on the day-to-day office operations such as Clearing of mailbox & distribution of letters/documents, Filing of documents, Data entry, Answering phone calls, Managing & issuing stationeries, Arranging courier service, Issuing badges for customers/overseas employees and etc.Travel arrangements such as booking of flights, hotels etc.Administrate general insurance renewal, monthly reporting & coordinate claims (if applicable).Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
