Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on the day-to-day office operations such as Clearing of mailbox & distribution of letters/documents, Filing of documents, Data entry, Answering phone calls, Managing & issuing stationeries, Arranging courier service, Issuing badges for customers/overseas employees and etc.
  • Travel arrangements such as booking of flights, hotels etc.
  • Administrate general insurance renewal, monthly reporting & coordinate claims (if applicable).
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
