Job Description

【工作內容】

  • 辦公室日常行政庶務處理及申請行政部門款項(如物資採買、訂購與管理)
  • 合約與內部文件之建檔、掃描、維護與歸檔管理
  • 發票、傳票等財務文件之整理、建檔、核對與寄送
  • 付款、廠商資料建置之線上系統操作
  • 每週 1–2 次郵局文件寄送,收發快遞
  • 其他主管交辦事項
  • 【條件需求】

  • 五專/大學畢業生
  • 英文通(需往來英文書信)
  • 熟悉文書處軟體, 中、英打 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • 細心、親切有責任心
