Job Description

  • Plan monthly audit schedules and routes

  • Inspect contractor performance: cleanliness, pest control, landscaping, and infrastructure defects

  • Record audit findings using tablet or laptop

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and committed to service standards

  • Physically fit to walk and stand outdoors for long hours

  • Comfortable using tablets for data entry

  • Ability to cycle; own foldable bicycle advantageous

Work Details

  • Part-time: 3 days a week (9am–3pm), 2 days a week (2pm–8pm)

  • Locations: Tampines, Pasir Ris, Punggol

  • Weekly Transport Allowance $18.90
