Position Summary:

To supervise the laboratory administration and support functions and processes to ensure achievement of a cost effective and high quality service in line with client and business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Supervises all laboratory support and administrative functions (e.g. switchboard, document scanning, receiving, logging, client services, cashiering, insurance, result entry, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of various sites in line with relevant standard operation procedures.
  2. Monitors and controls expenses in order to control costs and maximise the profitability of the sites.
  3. Oversees the extraction of pre and post analytical laboratory management reports and analyses trends in order to implement or recommend corrective actions to the Regional manager.
