Job Description

The Administrative / Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining communication with new potential customers, coordinating vendor quotes, preparing customer job quotes, processing orders, and assisting with purchasing and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
