Admin Support / Junior HR

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin Support / Junior HR to assist the CEO in day-to-day operations, people management, and administrative coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, following up, managing schedules, handling HR support tasks, and acting as a trusted execution partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
CEO & Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and calendars
Track action items and ensure timely execution
Draft emails, messages, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and HR information.
Admin & Office Operations
Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks
Maintain records, documents, and internal trackers
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office support
