Admin Support Officer (Tenancy)

Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Support Officer to provide essential support within our team. You will assist with tenancy administration tasks, helping maintain smooth operations and effective communication with tenants. If you're a team player with good communication skills and a passion for administrative work, we would love to hear from you.

Job Details:

  • Contract duration: 11 months
  • Salary: $14 per hour
  • Nearest MRT Station: Novena MRT
  • Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with tenants to ensure timely submission of required documents and manage the sending, collection, scanning, and filing of important paperwork.
  • Update tenant and property records as needed, and assist with providing invoices to tenants upon request.
  • Track expiry dates of leases, insurance, and guarantees to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Monitor tenants' monthly submissions and assist in preparing rent computations based on agreed terms.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, ensuring smooth tenancy operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum qualification of GCE "A" Levels or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • A meticulous, team-oriented individual who is comfortable handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and internal teams.
