Job Description
Role Purpose:
Provide administrative support to assist with document creation, mail funnels, book formatting, and follow-up tasks, enabling smooth operations for upcoming projects and events.
Core Responsibilities:
- Format and prepare documents, books, and materials for internal and external use
- Assist in creating and managing email funnels
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
- Support follow-ups with clients, attendees, or partners
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with document formatting, MS Office/Google Workspace
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Detail-oriented and proactive
