Job Description


1. Handle calls, walkin enquiries, delivery school mails, parcels dispatch

2. Preparation and verification of documents(eg. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and tract their daily attendance

3. Maintaining and updating of data reords

4. Compilation of statistics

5. Filing and typing

6. Drafting of correspondences

7. Attending to pupils who are unwell

8. Any other duties as assigned by School

Requirement:

At least an O Level

Must be able to handle telephone enquiries from speaking parents

3 years of experience providing admin support

Proficient MS Office

Basic First Aide knoweledge

Good communication and inter-personal skills

Good team player with high level of initiative

Good customer service skills

High level of initiatiave and able to work independently

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
