Job Description
The Admin Support Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the Global Corporate Communications (GCC) team to achieve its objectives by ensuring efficient budget administration, accurate media monitoring—including timely crisis reports—and seamless logistical support. This position is responsible for managing and tracking the corporate communications budget, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely processing of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also supports media relations activities, including sponsorship coordination and press requests, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of digital and traditional media monitoring reports for reputation building and crisis management.
