Job Description

  • Execute subscription and billing processes for LEARN

  • Support administrative tasks for business development and engagement

  • Draft EDMs, guides, and presentations using PowerPoint and Canva

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional with diverse stakeholders

  • Highly organised with attention to detail

  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Reliable team player with a positive attitude

  • Prior experience in administrative or business support roles preferred

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contact (Jan 2026)

42 hours per week
