Job Description
- Handle data processing, data cleaning, verification, and uploading tasks
Download data from FormSG
Process data in Excel and upload into the E-HR system
Manage declarers emails convert emails to PDF and upload into eDoc
Manage vetters emails track emails, convert to PDF, and upload into eDoc
Assist with other administrative and documentation tasks as required
Requirements:
Singapore Citizen
Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Minimum qualification: GCE O Level, N Level, or ITE certificate
5 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
