Position Overview

The Admin Team Lead ensures the smooth daily operations of the office, covering administrative support, government compliance, procurement, inventory, events, records management, and workplace safety.

What You’ll Do

Government & Compliance

  • Manage permits, licenses, and accounts with Pasig LGU, PEZA, BOI, BOC, NTC, OMB, SEC, FIRB, Intercommerce, and others.

  • Process PEZA requirements (8105/8106, LOAs, equipment disposal, annual certificates).

  • Handle payment processing for the Manila entity.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Purchase IT equipment and accessories.

  • Manage vendor contracts and supplier coordination.

Teammate Support

  • Coordinate delivery/retrieval of work-from-home equipment and payroll documents.
