Job Description

Responsible for various administrative and accounting tasks.

  • Attention to details and the ability to multi-task and keep files and records organized .
  • Maintaining accurate and organized financial records , journal, and databases, both electronic and physical.
  • Assisting with payroll , managing petty cash , and processing employee expense claims .
  • Knowledgeable in accounts payable and accounts receivable .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree , preferably Management Accounting.
  • Office experience is an advantage, but not required .
  • Preferrably with experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as knowledgeable.
