The working hours is standard Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, but there may be requirement to support after office hours during weekday and on weekends for DC Ops(based on the requirement). It will not be a permanent shift, but the candidate is expected to support when there is a requirement.
To act as a SR admin and backup DC Ops.
- Assist agency in raising ITSM On Prem SRs.
- Assist agency in raising SR to Central Service Contractor (SGMAIL, SGEPP, SG VPN).
- DC Ops support for on prem DC.
- Ad-hoc support for DC Ops (back up for the existing DC Ops / SR Admin).
