Job Description: Responsible for the operations and maintenance of On Premise or client dedicated computing platforms and servers, including:

• System engineering and physical datacentre: They install, maintain, patch, upgrade and continuously improve the operating environment.
• Backup and Storage: Responsible for the operations across Storage and Data Protection environments. They have ownership of monitoring and reporting first level incidents and alerts, basic administration with help of standard work instructions and assist LP and LM teams on inputs required during new builds, administration and decommission activities of Storage and Data Protection products.
• They contribute to Capacity and performance reports as part of their role.
