Job Description

In our Wordwide IT team you will provide support to our users and their projects' IT infrastructure. In this international team, your main tasks will be:

  • Support our users through technical help desk
  • installation and configuration of hardware IT equipment
  • Installation and configuration of software solutions (virtual machines, Operating Systems, antivirus, ...)
  • Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies.

    We are looking for an IT technician with background in IT support and interest on keep growing as an IT expert. Main requirements are:

  • Microsoft Administration: Have experience and knowledge about Windows Domain (Azure & On-premise), o365, Exchange Online, Windows 11 and experience in Troubleshooting (helpdesk).
