Position Overview

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator . This position will act as a manager for a project, regional area, or division that supports the Engineering and Designer contract review process for contracts and will serve as a key liaison between KEGI management and subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Review and support negotiations of design service agreements of partners and subconsultants.
  • Review terms and conditions constituting flow downs from prime contract utilizing Kiewit’s prescribed Contract Review Process.
  • Review/Revise/Establish/Identify the key risk for the various agreements to ensure compliance with risk profile.
