Job Description

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support the Marketing Department in organizing various projects

• Conduct market research and analysis

• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

• Receive daily sales reports from distributors, compile and analyze the data, and submit comprehensive reports to the Board of Directors

• Maintain and update the serial number records of all worldwide distributors

• Communicate directly with distributors to address marketing-related requests and provide necessary support

• Assist in planning and organizing the company’s annual convention and regional meetings

• Source and evaluate international suppliers, request quotations, and conduct price and term negotiations

• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the manager
