Admin & Operations Intern
Will assist with operational reports and dashboard creation, as well as provide support to the Marketing and Business Development departments.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and assign Zoho forms for new partners.
2. Ensure all forms are connected and assigned correctly.
3. Help build and update dashboards for business developers, partners, and operations.
4. Assist with partner reporting and data.
5. Help provide support for Business developers.
6. Help with marketing admin tasks.
7. Provide general admin support as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual.
- Student in Business, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Office (Word, Excel).
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, and ability to work independently.
On-site position.
Monday
- Friday (4 hours daily, office hours 9:00 am-6:00 pm).
Weekly economic support (1,500 pesos per week).
