THE OPPORTUNITY:

PHE is currently seeking a committed, driven and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our growing on a permanent basis. This role is being offered full time from our modern Fortitude Valley office.

this role, you will:

  • Coordinate site- or job-specific induction requirements and documentation
  • General administrative support to ensure smooth operational delivery
  • Coordinate timesheet entry and processing
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in line with approved processes
  • Maintain records of jobs completed and closed, including reconciliations
  • Track operational data accurately and updating internal systems
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate handovers
