About the Role

As our Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently. You’ll support a range of administrative tasks across data entry, purchasing, recruitment, onboarding and general office coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collating, filing, and archiving time sheets and load sheets
  • Completing daily reporting and data entry for load data
  • Creating weekly flight manifests for Charter Flights
  • Assisting with payroll and roster reviews
