THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Newman Workshop Team. Working Monday to Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with service bookings, job cards and invoicing
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Communicating and following up with customers and updating schedules
  • Processing credit applications
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts
  • Uploading documents and images to customer profiles
