Based at our Brisbane South Branch in Kingston, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc.
  • Assisting other departments with day-to-day operations
  • Scheduling and confirming bookings for our customers.
  • Liaising with installers and sub-contractors
  • Reviewing install/dismantle photos and scheduling rectifications as required.
  • Uploading of purchase orders and other documents
  • Any task which may be required, in relation to administration duties required for the business.
