Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and document flow.
  • Support management office administrative activities, including meeting room bookings and office supplies.
  • Maintain filing systems, documentation and records (physical and digital).
  • Assist in internal communications, announcements, visits and company events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and car rentals) and assist with approvals and claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Assist in documentation approval.
