- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and document flow.
- Support management office administrative activities, including meeting room bookings and office supplies.
- Maintain filing systems, documentation and records (physical and digital).
- Assist in internal communications, announcements, visits and company events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and car rentals) and assist with approvals and claims.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
