The role
We are looking for a self-motivated Administration Assistant to form an integral part of our Administration Department. We value someone who considers others and will support those around them, whilst able to perform administration duties including General Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable and when required - Switch & Enquiries, Reception including End of day and stocktakes, leave job share, Scanning/Filing/Archiving, Office Cleaning, or any other duties as directed.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management – Statement Reconciliation, Data entry.
- Timely and accurate entry and scanning/combining of PDF paperwork.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Assist with Audits and Monthly reporting.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of organizational information.
