Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office schedules including appointments meetings and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming phone calls emails and correspondence directing them to appropriate team members
- Prepare and edit various documents reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
